NAMING
The main goal in developing of the name was to show the scale and fundamentality of the building. We developed several working titles and together with the our client found the best one. Since the building is located on the territory of the former "Sambir Research and Experimental Machine-Building Plant", among the residents of Sambor known as REM, this name was chosen as the basis - REM.



"CITY IN THE TOWN"

Modern apartment buildings, a supermarket, shops, a sports complex and multifunctional public spaces - everything is like in a big city!
From this idea we had a slogan: "Living here is stylish and comfortable, like in a big city."
This idea formed the basis of the architectural concept of the complex.

Thanks to a detailed market analysis, demand researches, balanced step-by-step strategy, phased advertising campaign and comprehensive work of the entire project team, in the first two months 67% of apartments (first phase of building) were sold, what became a pleasant surprise even for us).

Now we prepare an advertising campaign for the second phase of building. Despite of the war, we work to build new future for our country.
